These terms govern your use of the Birmingham Advisors, LLC public website and its member portal. By using either you accept them. Any advisory engagement or membership is governed by the separate written agreement you sign with us.

Information, not advice

The content on this site is provided for general information about our firm. It is not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and it is not an offer of securities. Browsing the site, or contacting us through it, does not create an advisory or client relationship — that happens only through a signed engagement.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping at scale, submitting false or automated form entries, or interfering with its operation. The site’s content, design, and marks are the property of Birmingham Advisors, LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

The member portal

These terms also apply to everyone who signs in to the member portal. Access is by invitation, for the firm’s members, clients and staff. Keep your sign-in to yourself, use the portal only for your work with the firm, and don’t try to reach information that isn’t yours or interfere with how the portal runs. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk.

If you connect a Google account, the portal reads or writes only what our Privacy Notice describes, and you can disconnect it at any time. Your use of Google’s services remains subject to Google’s own terms. Engagements, memberships and their fees are governed by the written agreements you sign with us; where one of those agreements and these terms differ, the agreement governs.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site and the portal are provided “as is.” While we work to keep them accurate and available, we make no warranties about their content or uninterrupted operation, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site or the portal.
